LeAnn Hume is an Executive Director and Principal with Summit Commercial Real Estate Group specializing in Retail & Capital Markets focusing on retail transactions in Idaho as well as surrounding markets.
LeAnn began her career in March of 1998 to help start the fuel center department within the Albertsons real estate department where she handled 5 states and negotiated dozens of new fuel center deals over a 4 year period.
She continued her career with Movie Gallery as a Real Estate Manager handling 5 western states including Utah, California and Nevada. LeAnn opened 18 stores in her first 18 months at Movie Gallery.
In 2006, having successfully navigated both the Landlord and the Tenant side of the business, LeAnn began her commercial brokerage career and founded the Cushman & Wakefield office in Boise in 2012. LeAnn served as the managing director, designated broker and top producer until her departure in January of 2024 to start Summit Commercial Real Estate Group with her amazing partners, Andrea Nilson and Julie Kissler.
An Idaho native, LeAnn enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, visiting McCall and golfing in the summer.
Andrea Nilson is an Executive Director and Principal with Summit Commercial Real Estate Group specializing in Retail & Capital Markets focusing on retail transactions in Idaho as well as surrounding markets.
Andrea has over 24 years of commercial real estate experience. She started her career with Albertsons in the Pharmacy Business Development Department later moving to the surplus real estate department as Surplus Real Estate Manager where she was responsible for real estate dispositions totaling more than 9 million square feet. Prior to becoming a retail broker, Andrea functioned as the Vice President of Acquisitions for Heslin Becker Properties, a premier development company based in Southern California.
In the last 24 years, Andrea has been a retailer, a developer and a broker which gives her insight to every side of a transaction in the retail sector. Andrea is an expert at new site selection, relocation opportunities, as well as disposition of non-producing retail assets. Andrea has substantial experience in managing property transactions, negotiating contracts and creating facility-specific programs.
Julie Kissler is an Associate Director with Summit Commercial Real Estate Group specializing in Retail & Capital Markets focusing on retail transactions in Idaho as well as surrounding markets.
Julie’s primary focus is Tenant Representation for current and prospective clients. Julie was drawn to commercial real estate by the continuous opportunity to learn and grow in the industry, as well as the opportunity to build and maintain relationships with her and her teammates' clientele. Her enthusiasm for learning has helped her to understand the demanding requirements behind finishing a deal effectively and efficiently whether it be leasing, disposition of property, or investment sales.

Cory Perry is a Senior Associate with Summit Commercial Real Estate Group specializing in all commercial property types throughout the State of Idaho.
Cory comes with an extensive background in sales and consulting through multiple facets including Real Estate, Insurance and TPA services throughout multiple states. As a seasoned professional she believes that listening to her clients and taking a true consultative approach always leads to the best outcome for her clients.
Cory has a Bachelor’s degree in Education from North Dakota State University and considers herself a lifelong learner, always striving to learn something new every day that will enhance her ability to serve her clients with the most current information, enthusiasm and integrity.
Jen Mace is Chief Operations Officer of Summit Commercial Real Estate Group, where she oversees the firm’s day-to-day brokerage operations, including strategic planning, budgeting, administration and commission processing.
Jen brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate operations experience to Summit. She began her brokerage career in 2010 as Director of Operations for Grubb & Ellis | Idaho Commercial Group in Boise, then spent more than a decade with the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance. She first served as Chief Administrative Officer in the Boise office and later led operations for several Cushman & Wakefield offices, including Bakersfield and Fresno, California; Portland, Oregon; and Seattle, Washington. In those roles she worked alongside corporate leadership to carry out branch objectives and led staff and broker recruitment, training and onboarding, commission processing, company marketing, budgeting and revenue growth initiatives.
Jen also holds an Idaho real estate license and represents residential buyers and sellers through Silvercreek Realty Group.
Justin Hayes is Marketing and IT Administrator for Summit Commercial Real Estate Group, where he oversees the firm’s marketing, advertising, website and technology, from listing flyers, tour books and site selection packages to email campaigns, listing syndication and the systems the team relies on every day.
Justin brings nearly two decades of commercial real estate marketing and technology experience to Summit. He joined Grubb & Ellis | Idaho Commercial Group in Boise in 2008 as Marketing and Research Administrator, overseeing the office’s marketing, advertising, research and website. From 2012 to 2019 he led marketing, research and information technology for Commerce Real Estate Solutions, part of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, and in 2019 became Director of Information Technology & Marketing for Cushman & Wakefield | Pacific in Boise. When Cushman & Wakefield corporate acquired Cushman & Wakefield | Pacific in 2021, he was promoted to Marketing Manager, a role he held through 2023. In each role he managed listing information, photography, plats, aerial maps, demographics and traffic data to give clients and brokers clear, polished marketing.
Earlier in his career Justin handled marketing, office management, property management, leasing support and IT for RFR Properties, and marketing, website development and IT administration for Armstrong Architects. Since 2003 he has also run Prometheus Design, providing graphic design, marketing and IT support for small businesses and commercial real estate professionals.
